Our Commitments

A model for sustainable growth

At Glog, we measure performance based on two major objectives:

  • Customer satisfaction (transparency and accuracy of deliveries, product quality, responsiveness and support during after-sales service, etc.)
  • Sustainable growth in light of climate and ESG issues.

Glog’s ESG strategy aims to achieve sustainable growth for our business, aligning itself directly with the “17 Goals for the Planet” defined by the United Nations.

Supported by all our employees, this strategy is based on two pillars for building logistics:

  • More environmentally friendly
  • More sustainable in its practices
  • More humane in its relationships

1 – The well-being of our employees at work

We believe that an efficient supply chain is above all the result of a motivated, trained, and listened-to team.

Our concrete actions:

  • State-of-the-art materials and equipment, adapted to logistics positions
  • Enhanced workplace safety through strict compliance at our two sites, ongoing awareness training for our employees, and the provision and monitoring of high-quality PPE
  • Support, training, and career development: All employees enjoy the benefits of the Seiven group, quarterly one-on-one meetings with their manager, and ongoing training at all job levels
  • Team cohesion: By promoting commitment and team spirit through the organization of dedicated events
  • Gender equality gender equality: GLOG practices strict gender pay equality and gender parity in the recruitment of its teams

2 – The ESG approach

As part of the “17 goals for the planet,” GLOG has chosen to focus its efforts on the following three goals:

  • Combating climate change (No. 13): GLOG is working to reduce the carbon impact of its activities. An initial carbon assessment covering scopes 1, 2, and 3 was established in (2022), and as part of the Paris Agreement, GLOG has committed to reducing GHG emissions by 5% by (2030).
  • Decent work and economic growth (No. 8): GLOG supports all of its Indian monument manufacturing partners in obtaining the IGEP label. This label guarantees, in particular, employees’ working hours, remuneration, freedom of expression in the workplace, collective bargaining, and the non-employment of children. Life on Land (No. 15): For the past four years, GLOG has been recycling granite (crushing for backfill, systematic sorting of all production waste at all our sites, and optimization of our transport methods).

Are you looking for support that matches the scale of your challenges?

At GLOG, our commitment is measured every day in concrete actions, for more humane, sustainable, and responsible logistics.
