Our commitments
A sustainable growth model
At GLOG, we measure performance against 2 major objectives:
- Customer satisfaction (transparency and accuracy of deliveries, product quality, responsiveness and after-sales support, etc.)
- The sustainability of its growth in terms of climate and ESG issues.
Glog's ESG strategy aims to sustainable growth in our business, by getting right to the heart of the «17 Objectives for the Planet» defined by the United Nations.
Supported by all our employees, this strategy is based on 2 pillars to build logistics :
1 - The well-being of our employees at work
We believe that a high-performance supply chain is first and foremost the result of a team that is mobilised, trained and listened to.
Our concrete actions:
- State-of-the-art materials and equipment, adapted to logistics workstations
- Enhanced workplace safety Strict compliance at our 2 sites, ongoing awareness-raising among our employees, and the provision and monitoring of high-quality PPE.
- Support, training and career paths : All employees benefit from the advantages of the Seiven group, a quarterly personal interview with their manager and a continuous training programme at all job levels.
- Team building : By encouraging commitment and team spirit through the organisation of dedicated events
- Gender equity : GLOG practices strict gender pay equity and parity in the recruitment of its teams.
2 - The ESG approach
As part of the17 objectives for the planet»GLOG has chosen to focus its efforts on the following 3 objectives:
- Combating climate change (no. 13): GLOG is working to reduce the carbon impact of its activities. An initial carbon assessment covering scopes 1, 2 and 3 was drawn up in (2022) and as part of the «Paris Agreements» GLOG has committed to reducing GHG emissions by 5% by (2030).
Decent work and economic growth (No. 8): GLOG is supporting all its Indian monument manufacturing partners in obtaining the IGEP label. This label guarantees in particular the working hours of employees, their remuneration, freedom of expression in the company and collective bargaining and the non-working of children.- Life on land (No. 15): For the past 4 years, GLOG has been recycling granite (crushing for backfill, systematic sorting of all production waste at all our sites and optimisation of our transport methods, etc.).
Are you looking for support to meet the challenges you face?
At GLOG, our commitment is measured every day in concrete actions, for more humane, sustainable and responsible logistics"."
